Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

In case of refunds and returns, such a claim will only be considered if the product you receive from us is damaged or faulty or if the product is lost in shipping and un-delivered within 10 working days since the order was placed. Any claim made after 2 weeks of order placement will not be entertained. The customer will also be responsible to call his/her local courier hub and inquire the status of their parcel by Tracking code of courier given at the time of booking shipment confirmation. If after tracking the courier it is found that the parcel is un-delivered due to our negligence, a refund/replacement or store credit will be made available to you depending on the assessment of the customer service officer of the claim. You will be informed about your claim for refund via phone or email within a reasonable amount of time and no longer than within 30 days from the claim date. In case of a refund you will receive the money through the same method as you used to purchase the goods.

Refunds and returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Shipment could not be delivered due to non-availability of recipient or wrong address given by recipient.
  • Shipment could not be delivered due to premises of recipient’s deliver address being locked
  • Shipment could not be delivered due to wrong contact number given by the recipient, un-reachable contact number, or no reply contact number.
  • If the customer places a wrong order.
  • If the recipient refuses to accept the product.
  • If the customer does not notify us of any claim within the mentioned time frame in these policies.

Events Outside Our Control

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under this policy if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control or is of an unforeseeable nature, including, but not limited to, acts of god, war, civil disorder or industrial dispute.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Unforeseeable Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable efforts to bring the Unforeseeable Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite any such event.
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Confirmation, absent the occurrence of an Unforeseeable Event. In this case, we are not liable for the cost of any compromised or failed deliveries; however, we reserve the right to refund you for all or part of any such compromised or failed deliveries as we see fit.
